The terms that apply when you apply for and take part in a gifted creator collaboration with C2C Agency.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to apply. You confirm that you own the rights to anything you submit to us.

Nature of the collaboration

This is a gifted creator collaboration: you receive product in order to create content. Applying does not guarantee selection. Selection, and any future paid round, are at our and the brand’s discretion and are based on content performance.

Content license

By participating, you grant the brand and C2C Agency a license to use the content you create for marketing purposes, including on the brand’s website and in paid ads.

Your responsibilities

• Submit authentic, original content that is your own work.
• Follow the brief you are given (for example, keep content centered so it can be cropped).
• Disclose gifting in line with FTC and ASA guidelines.

No employment relationship

Participating in a collaboration does not create an employment, agency, partnership, or joint-venture relationship between you and C2C Agency or the brand.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The application and any collaboration are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, C2C Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or participation in a collaboration.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the application after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
