When you complete a creator application, we collect the information you provide, including:

• Your name, email address, and phone number.
• Your social handles (Instagram, TikTok, and Skool).
• Your portfolio links and/or any files you upload.
• Your answers to the application questions.

Why we collect it

We use this information to review creator applications for gifted brand collaborations and to coordinate the collaboration if you are selected.

How we store it

Your information is stored securely via our application database and file storage.

How we share it

We share relevant application details and the content you create with the specific brand partner for the collaboration you apply to, so they can evaluate and run the collaboration. We do not sell your data.

How your content may be used

If you are selected, the content you create (photos, a written review, and video) may be used by the brand on its website and in ads, as you consent to in the application.

Your choices

You can request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing brenton@c2cagency.com.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for the duration of the campaign and for a reasonable period afterward.
